Diarmaid is also a highly respected teacher of uilleann pipes and tin-whistle. He has given master-classes in Italy, the USA, Germany, Finland and Australia and has taught at University College Cork, University of Limerick and The Cork School of Music. He currently teaches at his base Castlebar, Co,Mayo and welcomes interested pupils of all levels.
